IT Algonquin - "He was meticulous in caulking and power washed the home first. He filled in openings and painted over them. He asked if I would like to remove nails from the home from hanging decorations. He is extremely pleasant, responsive and timely. His prices are very fair and was the lowest quote from the bids received. He was the cheapest and the best. He is very professional and I could not have been more pleased with his work. I will now be using his services for seasonal power washing."
